Ordering a Scholaro GPA Report for Michigan Engineering MEng/DEng Graduate Programs

Grading scales are different in different countries. If you attended (a) non-U.S institution/s, please calculate a self-reported estimated GPA for all non-U.S. institutions attended. The self-reported estimated GPA you enter on the ApplyWeb application must match the GPA on the Scholaro report.

  1. Go to https://www.scholaro.com/apply/umich-engin
  2. Click “Get Started”
  3. Click “Next”
  4. Create your account with your email and password
  5. Click “Submit Order”
  6. Select “Create GPA Report”
  7. Enter your full name, institution (name of your school), country of study (your previous institution’s country), qualification, and date of birth.
  8. Select either the grading scale recommended to you based on institution or a Common scale that matches the grades used on your educational documents
  9. Click “Select files” under “Import and translate courses” and upload your transcript or mark/grade sheets. Your courses, credits/hours, and grades will automatically be filled in.
**Please make sure the document you uploaded is clear and has correct page orientation.  The document should be in English.
  10. Check each course’s name, credits/hours and grades. Add or edit courses if the automatically created information does not match the information on your transcript or mark/grade sheets. If your transcript has “O” grades, please ensure these are letters and not zeros.
  11. If the system fails to automatically fill in the course information, please manually enter your courses, credits/hours, and grades in the same order as they appear on your documents (transcript or mark/grade sheets).
  12. Click “Calculate GPA” to check your work, then “Create GPA Report”
  13. Save your report.

Note**: To create a second GPA report, please continue with step #5 above. If you are unable to find your institution’s scale for your country, please contact Scholaro GPA Help for assistance.
